UNIQLO launches a new SS20 collection with Ines de la Fressange A selection of essential items inspired by 1920s Paris

A model and style icon, Ines de la Fressange has always been the perfect embodiment of effortless chic French (not for nothing she is also the author of the fashion book Parisian Chic, a Style Guide). The daughter of an aristocrat French and a Colombian model, Ines made her modelling debut in 1974, soon earning the nickname "le mannequin qui parle" (a play on words based on the double meaning of the word "mannequin" which means both "mannequin" and "model") for her tendency to make personal judgments about the collections of designers. At the age of 18 her fame was consecrated by a photoshoot by Olivero Toscani who took her on the cover of Elle, later becoming a leading model for Thierry Mugler and Chanel, personally chosen by Karl Lagerfeld for her resemblance to Coco Chanel. Today, at the age of 62, this style icon has collaborated on UNIQLO's SS20 collection that bears his name, inspired by the Paris of the 1920s.

UNIQULO's SS20 Ines de la Fressange collection will be available online and in all stores of the brand starting January 23rd. Stay connected to nss magazine for all the news and releases of UNIQLO LifeWear.
