Leonardo da Vinci's masterpieces enter Animal Crossing: New Horizons Celebrating the International Museum Day

Following fashion, now also art becomes part of the world of Animal Crossing: New Horizons. From today, the avatars of the successful Nintendo Switch game will have the chance to do much more than customize their clothing with Prada, Supreme or Stüssy items.

To celebrate the International Museum Day on Monday, May 18, players can enrich their virtual island museum with artworks from, among others, the National Museum of Science and Technology Leonardo da Vinci in Milan, the MET in New York or the Getty Museum in Los Angeles. Each of them made their own collections available inside the game, allowing anyone to download them in digital format and to create a unique exhibition. For example, the National Museum of Science and Technology Leonardo da Vinci has made available on its official website a series of QR codes that can be scanned via smartphone and uploaded to the video game.
