Photographic reportage from Skate & Surf Film Festival Milano Four days of exhibitions, screenings and skate sessions

As we had reported here, last weekend, from May 9 to 12, occurred one of the most anticipated events of the Milanese and Italian skate scene, the Skate & Surf Film Festival. 

BASE Milano saw four days of movie screenings, photo exhibitions, workshops, skate contests and live performances. In the retrospectives, the shots by Davide Biondani made us discover the skate tour the Vans team took in Fuerteventura; through his lens, André Lucat has recounted the building of a skate park in the Gaza strip, symbol of a sport able to create a community and bring joy even in the toughest places; Prosper Visionz gifted us with the most authentic and real portrait of the Milanese skate scene.
