This competition, unique in Italy, is dedicated to large outdoor sculptures and reserved for artists under 40. The work will become part of the permanent collection of the winery’s sculpture park, strengthening the bond between art, innovation, and tradition. Born in Palermo in 1991, Irene Coppola explores the relationship between nature and culture in her works, using diverse mediums such as sculpture, video, and installations. With an impressive international résumé, she has participated in prestigious projects and received significant recognitions like Cantica21 and the Italian Council. Handandland represents a fresh and contemporary vision of the vine shoot, symbolizing Ca’ del Bosco and its commitment to sustainability and the promotion of the territory.
The Ca’ del Bosco Sculpture Prize, organized in collaboration with the Venetian Heritage Foundation, will be held every two years, reaffirming the winery’s role as a promoter of the new artistic generation and wine culture. The second edition is planned for 2025-2026.
