In these times of Coronavirus and days spent between the four walls of our houses, the days pass chatting on the balcony with our neighbors or calling and video-chatting with our friends, to find a remedy for social distancing.

L'importante è fare ciò che ci fa sentire meglio e ci fa entrare nel mood per affrontare la situazione.
It seems to be the right time to indulge in reflections and listen to ourselves, but also to listen to a podcast on the topics that we like, or learn the techniques to apply the eyeliner and treat ourselves with a DIY spring-inspired manicure. The important thing is to do what makes us feel better and puts us in the best mood to face the situation.

Among the recipes that we recommended to you in this period, the next -step, the highest level was missing: we are talking about cakes. Yes, they require some basic cooking skills but differently to what it seems, we can all manage to bake a cake. And then, we learn from mistakes, so let's try!
From the classics like the jam tart and the apple pie, to the tasty rice dark chocolate cake (to "recicle" the extra Easter eggs), to the fresh lemon cake, and then a revisited classic, the raspberry cake with almond custard.
