Manchester United 2017 Christmas collection For those who can't find a better way to spend their Christmas presents money
Not a long ago, we’ve talked about the Ugly Sweaters, those awful Christmas sweaters that NBA teams deliberately product for their supporters. Over the years, they strengthened the custom to intentionally dress badly during the Christmas holidays, ironically wearing the ugly sweaters at the office, at the gym or even just for a walk. It looks like this habit is ready to spread in football, as proved by some items of Manchester United’s 2017 Christmas collection.
Of course, that’s just the point of the iceberg, or better, the tree topper. The collection also comprehends a delicious (#irony) red and white pyjama with the “Man Utd” writings and the United logos as Christmas candies, a grey tee with six Santas forming the “United” writing, a black hat with white and red Christmas trees and the inevitable logo of the club, and finally the scarf, with Santa’s body replaced by Red Devils crest. All Manchester United fans will surely be charmed by this collection, or more likely not. A Matteo Darmian shirt is way better, right?
