Hevō's FW25 between evocative and traditional Inspired by Puglia, the collection was presented during Milan Fashion Week

The Milano Fashion Week Menswear has just concluded, offering a wealth of remarkable comebacks, exciting debuts, and surprising innovations. Among the various presentations, HEVŌ stood out with a FW 2025/26 collection that serves as a true ode to Italian craftsmanship and tailoring, reinterpreted through a contemporary lens. Presented on January 17, the new line draws inspiration from the enigmatic beauty of Castel del Monte, an Apulian monument rich in mystery and symbolism, translating its fascinating aura into garments that strike a perfect balance between tradition and innovation. The centerpiece of the collection is the aesthetic homage to the castle's octagonal geometries, conveyed through clean lines, structured textures, and attention to detail that highlights the excellence of Italian tailoring. The natural and earthy tones, complemented by bolder contrasts, evoke the colors of the stone and Apulian landscapes, ideally transporting the wearer into a timeless atmosphere. One of the most representative pieces is the “Castel del Monte” jacket: made from Teflon-coated organic cotton canvas and padded with recycled materials, it is perfect for colder months. Its design, directly inspired by the castle and Emperor Frederick II, conveys a sense of adventure and sophistication, ideal for the modern man.
The choice of Castel del Monte was no coincidence: as emphasized by HEVŌ's CEO, Mauro Gianfarte, the castle embodies a «symbol of timeless elegance and mystery». This vision is reflected throughout the collection, where authenticity and modernity coexist in a masterful balance. Located in the heart of Puglia, Castel del Monte was built in the 13th century by Emperor Frederick II, nicknamed “Stupor Mundi” for his eclectic culture and passion for art, science, and nature. With its octagonal structure and perfect symmetry, the castle is a unique example of the fusion of classical and Islamic influences, and its original function remains shrouded in mystery to this day. It is said, however, that it served as the starting point for the emperor's hunting expeditions, providing him with refuge and inspiration. In this FW 2025/26 collection, HEVŌ has succeeded in translating the allure of Castel del Monte into garments that skillfully blend historical roots and innovative spirit.
