The pareo is the most important accessory of the beach aesthetic. The secret of its unbroken appeal? Comfort, versatility and a touch of nostalgia. That's right, because it's enough to knot it around your waist or wrap it around your neck to feel the scent of coconut, the salt on your skin, your feet sinking into the sand and bringing back memories of happy summers and lazy days at the beach. When we go on holiday, it's almost impossible not to pack one of these in our suitcase, especially if the destination is a beach. With a little styling hack or a change of accessories, it can be transformed into a skirt, a top, a dress and even a beach towel or a scarf. Lemons, bougainvillaea, the sea, majolica, stripes, … The Coast Capri is a swimwear brand inspired by nature and the beauty that surrounds Carpi and the Amalfi Coast. The design and patterns of the bikinis, one-piece swimming costumes and sarongs have a retro inspiration, reminiscent of the dolce vita spirit of Sophia Loren and Gina Lollobrigida, but with a modern twist. Each garment is made by local artisans (mostly women).
