The new 8 Moncler Palm Angels collection The American aesthetic reinterpreted by Francesco Ragazzi meets Moncler's outerwear

Last September, Francesco Ragazzi of Palm Angels was introduced as one of the new members of Moncler's Genius Project designer line-up. The preview of his collection took place in Spazio Maiocchi, where an artificial dune inspired by the Santa Fe desert was rebuilt, inside which was hidden a vintage shop where archival and new garments coexisted in the same space. A whole preview of the 8 Moncler Palm Angels collection that has now been presented in full. Ragazzi's approach was idiosyncratic, mixing Moncler's mountaineering elements such as down jackets, sweaters and snow boots with the aesthetics of the desert, symbolized by palm trees, bandana motifs that cover the classic Baden down jacket, tropical and animalier patterns and western fringes that decorate one of the models of the collaboration-in-collaboration between 8 Moncler Palm Angels and Moon Boot.

Another very important feature of the collection is the use of fabrics with low environmental impact in a selection of down jackets, shirts and vests: these are Econyl regenerated nylon, organic cotton and recycled raw materials such as metal and polyester that make up the synthetic surfaces of the products.
