Helly Hansen's first ARCHIVE capsule collection is available online HH-118389225-201 "WORKWEAR DISRUPTED"
A few weeks after releasing the HH-118389225-203 capsule collection, Helly Hansen has made the HH-118389225-201 "WORKWEAR DISRUPTED" collection available online. It is the first capsule collection inspired by its archive, and it was presented earlier this year, back in January, as part of the SS20 collection. Taking inspiration from its vast history in creating performance-oriented and professional-level products, but reworking it in contemporary collections, each range takes individual cues from historical product lines, specific details or moments in the brand sequence.
The collection, which is available online at the e-shop of Storm, Copenhagen, is based on the Helly Hansen's workwear archive, a prerogative of the brand since its foundation, which already in the late 1940s introduced the Helox and Plarex fabric technologies: techniques that basically added a layer of plastic Translucent PVC, sewn on waterproof coats and hats to ensure that workers remain warm and dry in the most difficult conditions. The dominant colour of the whole collection is orange, a symbol of workwear all over the world, re-proposed on a palette of more traditional work clothes ranging from khaki to blue.
Founded in Norway in 1877, Helly Hansen continues to develop professional-level clothing and is a world leader in the production of technical sailing clothing and performing ski clothing. The capsule collection Helly Hansen HH-118389225-201 is finally available online on the official website of Storm, Copenhagen.
