mytheresa launches LOUBOUTIN Voguing video For the new “Loubikraft” collection

This May, mytheresa.com will pre-launch the Loubikraft collection by Christian Louboutin, with a unique concept video created exclusively for the launch.

For the highly anticipated “Loubikraft” collection, Christian Louboutin pays tribute to the brands’ history by repurposing the simple kraft paper of the Louboutin shopping bags and shoe boxes, lined in red and stamped with the Christian Louboutin logo. Using Mr. Louboutin’s signature Trash technique, a pair of classic stiletto pumps, ankle boot, and a chain-strap clutch make up the iconic capsule.

The video depicts three dancers, a male and two females, Voguing on an urban rooftop in New York. Flickering between the city skyline and a studio space, the dancers reflect the playful tone of the collection, wearing the Loubikraft styles. The dance was choreographed and performed by Dashaun Wesley, who has previously joined Rihanna ‘Voguing’ on her Anti World Tour.

mytheresa.com will pre-launch the collection exclusively three days in advance of the global launch at the end of May 2018.
