Nike presents Air Max Day Collection and Air VaporMax To celebrate the thirtieth anniversary of the Air Max 1 a mix of retro silhouette, remixes and innovations is launched

The Air technology has been an integral part of Nike since its introduction with Air Tailwind in 1979 but, for the first eight years, has remained hidden, audible but not visible.
In 1987 comes the revolution. The Air technology present in the Nike Air models since its introduction becomes finally visible with the first pair of Air Max. After thirty years since its introduction the Air Max model is still a beloved icon around the world and still does not stop to evolve itself.
