Beauty pop-up stores to visit this summer Exclusive shopping destinations to include in the travel itinerary for those who love make-up and skincare

Beauty brands are going on vacation. With the arrival of the warm season, they gather their best products, add a touch of design and some special gifts for customers, and take them to the beach. How? By opening temporary stores and setting up beach resorts in the most exclusive locations, from Saint-Tropez to Portofino, from Mykonos to Doha, creating unique shopping experiences that pamper even the most demanding and affluent tourists. So, a spritz of perfume, a swipe of lipstick, a veil of gloss, a touch of blush, a hydrating shampoo, or an after-sun lotion become even more enjoyable purchases, a small luxury to indulge in between a swim in the sea and a walk on the beach.
Here are the beauty pop-up stores to visit this summer.
Sephora - Forte dei Marmi
Dolce&Gabbana strengthens its presence in the Middle East and invests in travel retail, inaugurating a temporary beauty store in collaboration with Qatar Duty Free, inside Hamad International Airport in Doha. The space, open until August, hosts the new makeup collections but especially the fragrances of the maison, including Devotion, K&Q, Light Blue, The One, and Dolce. A special area is dedicated to the exclusive Velvet collection. Additionally, engraving and wrapping services are available for personalizing purchases. The store is just the first step in a series of projects dedicated to travel retail, which will cover the main airports worldwide, including Milan Malpensa.
Acqua di Parma - Saint-Tropez
On June 6th, Acqua di Parma opened its seasonal pop-up boutique in Place des Lices, Saint-Tropez. It is a charming pied-à-terre in sunny tones that reflect the citrus notes for which the Maison is famous. The facade reflects a classic European architectural style with glass doors featuring brushed gold metal handles inspired by the shape of the Colonia Art Deco fragrance bottle. The interior features terracotta flooring, lime-plastered walls, and a lacquered ceiling. Customers are captivated by golden fruit shapes and a coffee table inspired by the lemon peel, an aesthetic homage to the Italian citrus fruits symbolizing Acqua di Parma. Elegantly displayed on another table, minimalist shelves, and stainless steel furniture are candles, fragrances, and, in preview, the new Resort Collection which includes Art de la Table crockery, Tote and Tray sets, and the Buongiorno Picnic Basket. To celebrate the opening of this location, Acqua di Parma presents some exclusive creations such as the Acqua di Parma Pétanque Set and the Car Diffuser Double Colour Limited Edition, both with the inscription À Saint Tropez.
